摘 要:鲍是我国重要的海水经济养殖贝类,年产值位列福建省水产养殖种类之首,其遗传改良研究对于我国鲍养殖产业的可持续发展起到重要的支撑作用.本文综述了本课题组过去20余年在鲍的种质资源保存和遗传评估、抗逆性状的精准测评、选择与杂交育种、分子标记的开发与应用、重要经济性状的遗传解析等方面的研究进展,介绍了杂色鲍“东优1号”、西盘鲍、绿盘鲍3个国审水产新品种的培育过程、性状特征和推广应用情况,并提出今后鲍遗传育种研究的思路.Abalone is an economically important shellfish species in China and ranks in the first place for all the aquatic animals in Fujian Province based on the output value.Genetic improvement plays an important role in sustainable development for abalone aquaculture industry.This review concentrate on progress in genetic and breeding of abalone,such as establishment of germplasm bank and genetic evaluation,selective breeding and hybridization,development and application of molecular markers,genetic analysis of important economic traits during the past more the 20 years,with the efforts of our research group.Here we highlight the cultivation process,characteristics and application of 3 new abalone varieties,which have been conferred by Ministry of Agriculture.The further research directions in these topics are also proposed.
