摘 要:煤层群开采过程中,采空区遗煤经过浸水和风干后,物理化学性质将发生变化,从而影响煤的氧化特性。为了探究浸水和风干时间对长焰煤氧化燃烧特性的影响,笔者采用低温氧化分析、热分析和红外光谱分析对不同浸水和风干时间后的煤样进行研究,采用线性拟合的方法研究煤样的自由基和活化能(AE)变化规律,并结合官能团的变化,分析浸水和风干条件下煤氧链式反应过程。结果表明:相较于其他浸水风干煤样,浸水20 d、风干10 d的煤样活化能最低(39.14 kJ/mol),燃烧吸氧速度最快,自燃倾向性最高。根据热分析差示扫描量热(TGDSC)测试结果,浸水20 d、风干10 d的煤样质量损失更大,放热量更高。浸水20 d、风干10 d的煤样含氧官能团含量更高,脂肪族链断裂加剧,煤阶更低。相较于其他浸水风干煤样,浸水20 d、风干10 d的煤样结构更疏松,链式反应进程加快,促进了煤的氧化自燃。During the mining of coal seam groups,the physical and chemical properties of the residual coal in goaf will change after soaking and air-drying,thus affecting the oxidation characteristics of the coal.To examine the effect of soaking and air-drying time on the oxidation and combustion characteristics of long flame coal,the low temperature oxidation analysis,thermogravimetric(TG)analysis and infrared spectral analysis were used to analyze coal samples under different soaking and air-drying time.The change of radical and activation energy(AE),which was associated with the change of functional groups,was analyzed for the coal-oxygen chain reaction process under soaking and air-drying conditions.Results showed that coal samples soaked for 20 d and air-dried for 10 d had a lower AE(39.14 kJ/mol),a higher oxygen absorption rate and a higher tendency of spontaneous combustion than coal samples that soaked and air-dried for other time.According to the results of thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC)test,coal samples soaked for 20 d and air-dried for 10 d had a greater mass loss and a higher heat release.The content of oxygen-containing functional groups in coal samples soaked for 20 d and air-dried for 10 d was higher,aliphatic chain rupture was intensified,and coal rank was lower.After being soaked for 20 d and air-dried for 10 d,the structure of the coal sample was looser and the chain reaction process was accelerated,which promoted the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of coal.
