摘 要:新沟嘴组低渗透油藏动用地质储量占江汉采油厂总动用地质储量的12.4%,产量仅占全厂总产量的5.4%,采收率低。新沟嘴组低渗透油藏开发主要面临高注采比与低液低产矛盾和砂体展布变化大、油井产能差异大两大难题。从油藏精细描述、油藏动态分析及潜力分析三个方面开展改善井区开发效果研究,并将相应对策应用于老二区,使得老二区原油产量从11t/d上升至31t/d,采油速度从0.27%上升至0.84%,水驱开发效果改善明显。The producing geological reserves of the low permeability reservoirs in the Xingouzui Formation account for 12.4%of the total producing geological reserves of Jianghan oil production plant,but their production is only 5.4%of the total production of the plant,with lower recovery.The development of the low permeability reservoirs in Xingouzui Formation is confronted with two major problems:high injection-production ratio vs the low fluid and low production,large sand-body distribution change vs large difference in production capacity.The study of well development effect is carried out from the three aspects of refined reservoir description,reservoir dynamic analysis and potential analysis,and the relevant strategies are applied to the old area No.2,so that the crude oil production in the area rises from 11t/d to 31t/d and the oil recovery factor from 0.27%to 0.84%,with the considerable waterflooding development effect.
