摘　　要：电雷管被广泛用于油气井射孔等矿业开采活动,在出厂前需要进行批量抽检,用户在使用前都需要进行逐一性能测试。为满足油气田射孔生产现场测试电雷管的需要,开发设计了LGC-B型隔离式电雷管检测装置,此装置由雷管检测筒和雷管检测仪组成,结构简单、小巧,便于随车携带和现场使用,能承受2gHMX当量爆炸冲击波,防爆效果良好。Electric detonator is widely used in oil and gas well perforation and other mining activities.It needs to be inspected in batch before leaving the plant,and the function tests for all are conducted by the user before use.In order to meet the need of the field test of electric detonators for oil and gas perforation,an detection device for LGC-B isolation-type electric detonators has been developed and designed.The device is composed of detonator detection tube and detector,which is simple and compact in structure for easiness to carry along with the vehicle and use at well site,and has good explosion proof,with the resistance to 2gHMX equivalent explosive shock wave.
