摘 要:油气田试油作业现场危废物防治方法主要有井内预防和地面治理两个方面。为了能够较好推广现有地面油水危废物治理技术,经过探索与现场实践发现,选用以船型钢制围堰、TPU充气围堰为主的井口污油污水收集回收系统,并将充气围堰升级为组合式TPU充气围堰、外围拼接式TPU围堰、整体微孔回弹泡沫充填式TPU围堰,能够适应不同的井场条件。近3年来,在江汉、清河油区应用298口井,回收油水危废物30m^(3),减少废弃薄膜59.6t,经济效益显著,值得推广应用。Hazardous waste prevention and control methods for Oil testing job sites mainly include two aspects:wellbore prevention and surface treatment.In order to better promote the existing surface oil-water hazardous waste management technology,it is found through investigation and field practice that such wellhead oil-water sewage collection recovery systems can adapt to different wellsite conditions as ship-type steel cofferdam and TPU inflatable cofferdam that is followed by the upgraded combined-typed TPU inflatable cofferdam,peripheral spliced-type TPU cofferdam and the filled-type TPU cofferdam of overall microporous resilient foam.In recent three years,they have been applied in 298 wells of Jianghan and Qinghe oil areas,with 30m^(3) of hazardous oil-water wastes being recovered and 59.6t of discarded film being reduced,which have gained the remarkable economic benefits and are of value for wider applications.
