摘　　要：阴道滴虫病是一种由阴道毛滴虫感染引起的以泌尿生殖系统症状为特征的性传播疾病,临床较为常见。阴道毛滴虫可引起女性阴道感染、盆腔炎及妊娠不良结局,还可增加HIV感染的风险。本文综合各国诊疗指南和最新研究,以期为临床医生规范诊疗阴道毛滴虫病提供帮助。Protozoan trichomonas vaginalis is responsible for trichomoniasis, a sexually transmitted disease with characteristic urogenital symptoms,which is common in clinic. Trichomonas vaginalis can cause vaginal infection, pelvic inflammatory disease and adverse pregnancy outcomes, and increase the risk of HIV infection. This article will summarize the guidelines of various countries and the latest investigations,in order to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of trichomoniasis.
