摘　　要：男男性行为(Men who have sex with men,MSM)是指与男性发生性关系的男性,而不管他们自我认定为何种性取向。从二十世纪八十年代人免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)在MSM人群发现并逐渐流行后,MSM人群HIV及相关性传播疾病(以下简称性病)日益受到关注。在多个国家和地区,MSM人群性病感染率高于大众人群,因此也被认为是感染性病的高危人群。近年来,新的交友软件使得MSM人群寻找临时性伴更加方便高效,而暴露前后使用抗病毒药物预防HIV感染的同时,也增加了MSM人群感染其他性病的风险。在缺乏有效疫苗情况下,为MSM人群提供便捷的临床服务,使用敏感的检测方法在高危MSM人群定期筛查性病,提高性病检测率,开发可以同时预防性病及HIV的暴露前后预防药物,以及推广安全套使用,仍然是控制性病在MSM人群中流行的主要策略。Men who have sex with men( MSM) refers to men who have sex with men,regardless of their self-identified sexual orientation. In many countries and regions, MSM population has a higher rate of sexually transmitted infections( STI) than the general population,so it is also considered as a high-risk population for STI. In recent years,new dating software has made it more convenient and efficient for MSM people to find casual partners,and the use of antiviral drugs before( Pr EP) and after exposure( PEP) to prevent HIV infection may also increases the risk of contracting other STI. In the absence of effective vaccines,providing convenient clinical services for MSM population is essential for STI control. Working with MSM community to increase the awareness of STI screening,developing new PEP and Pr EP program which include STI-prevention drugs,and promoting condom use are still the main strategies for STI control in MSM population.
