摘  要:弓形虫是一种广泛流行的人兽共患寄生原虫,可感染全球约三分之一的人群和绝大多数温血动物,是引起人兽共患原虫病的重要病原之一。弓形虫的终末宿主为猫科动物,其在弓形虫的流行和传播中发挥着重要作用。猫科动物排泄的粪便中若含有感染性的弓形虫卵囊,这些卵囊便可在一定条件下分散到自然环境中并污染水体、土壤、瓜果蔬菜等,从而造成危害严重的食源性污染。人群或动物有可能在活动过程中接触被弓形虫卵囊污染的土壤或摄取被卵囊污染的食物或水源而感染。本文系统地综述了环境中弓形虫卵囊的富集和检测技术,以期为进一步建立更快速、灵敏的检测方法提供新的思路。Toxoplasma gondii,an obligate intracellular parasitic protozoon,distributes widely throughout the world.It is one of the most important pathogens causing zoonotic protozoan diseases,resulting in infection of approximately one third of the human population worldwide and most warm-blooded animals.Felids are the only definitive hosts that play a key role in the prevalence and transmission of T.gondii.The feline feces can release the infective T.gondii oocysts that may spread into the environment under an appropriate condition and then contaminate water,soil,fruits and vegetables,which would cause severe and harmful foodborne contamination.Infection of humans or animals may be caused by contact with polluted soil or by ingestion of oocysts-contaminated food or water supplies during external activities.In this review,we systematically summarize the enrichment and detection techniques for T.gondii oocysts in order to provide insight into the further studies on establishing more rapid and sensitive detection methods.
