摘　　要：猪细小病毒(PPV)是引起母猪繁殖障碍的常见重要病原体之一,且存在众多基因型,对养猪业造成严重损失。2016年在美国首次发现新型猪细小病毒PPV7,随后该病毒陆续在中国、波兰、韩国、瑞典和巴西等国家被检出,并在我国多个地区广泛流行。本文综述了PPV7在病原学和流行病学等方面的研究进展,同时结合本课题组的生物信息学分析对PPV7基因组遗传多样性进行阐述与分析,以更加全面地了解PPV7的分子结构和潜在致病性,为PPV7的深入研究和防治提供科学有效的参考。Porcine parvovirus(PPV)is one of the most common pathogens causing reproductive disorders of sows,and has many subtypes,causing serious losses to the swine industry.In 2016,PPV7 was first identified in USA,subsequently,PPV7 infections were reported in China,Poland,South Korea,Sweden,and Brazil,and it has been distributed widely in several areas of China.This paper reviews the progress of PPV7 in etiology and epidemiology,genetic diversity of PPV7 genome was described and analyzed based on bioinformatics analysis of our research group.To better understand the molecular characterizations and pathogenicity of PPV7,this review focuses on the genetic diversity of this newly emerging PPV7,which provides some insights for the effective control and prevention of PPV7.
