摘　　要：目的探讨肠系膜侵袭性纤维瘤病(MAF)的CT表现。资料与方法回顾性分析经组织病理学确诊的14例MAF的CT特征,患者平均年龄(37.8±11.0)岁。结果14例MAF病灶长径平均(10.2±3.9)cm,短径平均(6.7±2.3)cm;CT平扫均呈软组织密度、无钙化灶;其中10例为卵圆形,2例为不规则形,1例圆形,1例分叶状;7例边界清晰;5例密度不均,其中2例可见伴气液平面,3例伴囊性变;增强扫描呈轻、中度强化,强化方式均为渐进性强化;5例病灶内动脉期可见肠系膜动脉分支穿行;14例均未见淋巴结肿大和腹腔积液征象。结论MAF的CT表现具有一定的特征性,常发生于年轻患者;肠系膜区卵圆形或不规则形肿块,少见囊变坏死、钙化,增强扫描呈轻、中度渐进性强化。Purpose To investigate the CT manifestations of mesenteric aggressive fibromatosis(MAF).Materials and Methods The CT images of 14 MAF patients confirmed by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively,the average age was(37.8±11.0)years old.Results For 14 patients,the long diameter of lesion was(10.2±3.9)cm,and the short diameter was(6.7±2.3)cm.On CT plain scan,all the lesions showed soft tissue density and no calcification.10 cases were oval,2 cases were irregular,1 case was round,and 1 case was lobulated.Lesions were well-defined in 7 cases and ill-defined in 7 patients.5 lesions had a heterogeneous density with gas-liquid plane in 2 cases,cystic change in 3 cases.The enhancement scan showed mild to moderate enhancement,and gradual enhancement.In the arterial phase the mesenteric artery branches could be seen in 5 cases.No signs of lymph node enlargement and ascites were found in 14 cases.Conclusion The CT findings of MAF have some characteristics,and often occurs in young patients,it shows oval or irregular-shaped masses in the mesenteric area,rare cysts and calcification,and mild to moderate progressive enhancement.
