摘 要:为探索黄河流域工业布局的优化模式,促进黄河流域高质量发展,在调研黄河流域9个省(区)工业布局基本情况的基础上,绘制了黄河流域重点工业分布图,分析了黄河流域工业布局的现状及对流域的影响;探讨了增长极开发、点轴开发和网络开发三种工业布局模式在黄河流域高质量发展中的适用性,提出了匹配黄河上游、中游、下游高质量发展的工业布局方案,并对优化方案实施后的效果进行了探讨。结果表明,扩大现有增长极的工业圈辐射范围和开发新增长极,加强工业轴线的带动能力和开发新轴线,进行绿色可持续的工业发展,是匹配黄河流域高质量发展的有效工业布局模式。The optimization of the industrial layout in the Yellow River Basin is of considerable significance to promote its highquality development.Based on investigating the basic situation of the industrial layout of the nine provinces(autonomous regions)in the Yellow River Basin,this paper depicted the distribution map of key industries in the Yellow River Basin and analyzed the current situation of the industrial layout in the Yellow River Basin and its impact on the Yellow River.This paper also discussed the applicability of three industrial layout models,including the growth pole development,pointaxis development and network development under the condition of highquality development in the Yellow River Basin.The industrial layout optimization matching the highquality development of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River was proposed and the expected effect of this optimization’s implementation was also studied.The results show that the effective industrial layout models matching highquality development of the Yellow River Basin are expanding the industrial circle radiation range of existing growth poles and developing new growth poles,strengthening the driving ability to exist industrial axes and developing new shafts,as well as carrying out green and sustainable industrial development.
