摘 要:采用邻氯甲苯经氨氧化反应,一步制备了邻氯苯甲腈.通过催化剂微型反应评价装置筛选到性能最佳的含5种活性组分的OC-128号催化剂.对催化剂进行了形貌观察、粒度分布和表面成分的表征,并在石英管固定床反应器上研究了反应温度、空比、氨比、空速等反应条件对催化剂性能的影响.结果表明:催化剂为平均粒径约50μm的微球,催化剂中的钒和磷均为五价.在反应温度693 K、氨比3、空气比15、空速644 h^(-1)的最佳反应条件下,邻氯甲苯转化率可达95.4%,邻氯苯甲腈摩尔收率为83.8%,选择性可达87.8%,纯度高于99.4%.催化剂具有较长寿命和较好的稳定性.O-chlorobenzonitrile was prepared by one-step ammoxidation of o-chlorotoluene.The OC-128 catalyst with five active components which exhibited the best catalytic performances was screened by micro-reaction evaluation device for catalyst,and characterized by morphology,particle size distribution and surface composition.The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,air ratio,ammonia ratio and space velocity on the performances of the catalyst were also studied in a quartz tube fixed bed reactor.It was found that the catalyst was microsphere-shaped with an average particle size of about 50 microns,of which the vanadium and phosphorus were both pentavalent.Under the conditions of 693 K,ammonia ratio of 3,air ratio of 15 and space velocity of 644 h^(-1),the conversion of o-chlorotoluene was 95.4%,the molar yield and selectivity of o-chlorobenzonitrile were 83.8%and 87.8%,respectively,and the purity was higher than 99.4%.Furthermore,the catalyst had a long life and good stability.
