Research on Forestry Industry Structure Optimization in Heilongjiang State-owned Forest Region based on Symbiosis Theory

摘  要:利用2006-2017年黑龙江国有林区40个林业局的面板数据进行线性回归求得共生度与共生系数的方法,判断黑龙江国有林区林业产业间共生关系,结果表明:①黑龙江国有林区林业第一、二、三产业之间呈现非对称互惠共生关系,整体看林业第一产业正向影响林业第二、三产业发展较大;②停伐政策后,林业第一、三产业间向对称互惠共生关系进化发展,第一、二产业间却出现些许共生退化现象,第二、三产业间共生关系较稳定。从优化共生单元、改善共生环境角度提出合理的建议。This paper used the method of linear regression to obtain the symbiosis degree and the symbiosis coefficient and to determine the symbiosis relationship between forestry industries in Heilongjiang state-owned forest areas,by ssing the panel data of 40 forestry bureaus in Heilongjiang state-owned forest areas from 2006 to 2017.The results showed that:①The forestry primary,secondary and tertiary industries presented an asymmetric and mutually beneficial symbiosis relationship.As a whole,the primary forestry industry had a positive impact on the development of the secondary and tertiary forestry industries;②After the logging suspension policy,the primary and the three industries havd evolved to a symmetric and mutually beneficial symbiosis relationship,but there had been some symbiotic degradation between the primary and secondary industries,and the symbiotic relationship between the secondary and tertiary industries was relatively stable.Therefore,it put forward reasonable suggestions from the perspective of optimizing the symbiosis unit and improving the symbiosis environment.
