摘　　要：本文从中国化马克思主义消费观的理论内涵切入,深入学习领会习近平总书记关于保障粮食安全的一系列精辟论述,特别是关于节约粮食资源的重要论述。其中,包涵的科学文明消费观,提供了节约粮食资源的指导思想和方针政策。本文着重强调,要全面学习、深入领会习近平总书记重要论述的精髓和重大意义,在此基础上,提出政策建议:首先,要提高全民对节粮重要意义的思想认识,树立"节约光荣,浪费可耻"的观念;其次,以制定和实施必要制度,确保节粮落到实处;再次,要加强宣传引导,实现节约粮食资源常态化,使其成为广大民众的自觉行动,让节约粮食在全国蔚然成风。This article starts from the theoretical connotation of the Chinese Marxist consumption concept,and deeply studies and comprehends General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on saving food resources.Among them,the inclusive scientific and civilized consumption concept provides a guide for saving food resources.This article emphasizes that on the basis of a comprehensive study and in-depth understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on food saving,raising ideological understanding as a guide,formulating and implementing systems as a guarantee.Taking necessary measures as a way to achieve saving food resources,Making it a conscious action of the general public,becoming a common practice throughout the country.
