摘　　要：为保障城市综合管廊项目的稳定运营,对维护费的定价及影响因素分析非常必要。本文基于文献梳理,辨识影响管廊PPP项目维护费定价的12个因素,通过影响因素之间的关系,构建ISM模型,得出影响定价的关键因素与因素之间的相互影响层次,得到影响因素的依赖性和驱动力。结果表明:位于根本层的政策机制是影响维护费定价的最根本因素,具有很强的驱动力;位于表层的运营感知是影响维护费定价的最直接因素,具有较强的依赖性。研究结果为定价决策者识别维护费定价过程中的关键因素和因素间的层级关系提供参考。In order to ensure the stable operation of the urban integrated pipeline gallery project, it is necessary to analyze the pricing and influencing factors of maintenance fees. Based on the literature review, this paper identifies 12 factors that affect the pricing of maintenance fees for pipeline gallery PPP projects. Through the relationship between the influencing factors, the ISM model is constructed to obtain the level of mutual influence between the key factors and the factors that affect the pricing,and the influencing factors are obtained. Dependence and driving force. The results show that the policy mechanism at the fundamental level is the most fundamental factor affecting maintenance fee pricing and has a strong driving force;the operational perception at the surface level is the most direct factor affecting maintenance fee pricing and has a strong dependence. The research results provide a reference for pricing decision makers to identify the key factors in the maintenance fee pricing process and the hierarchical relationship between factors.
