摘　　要：目的探讨来曲唑联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果及其对多毛评分、性激素水平的影响。方法将2015年1月到2018年12月成都大学附属医院收治的80例PCOS患者分为两组,其中对照组采用来曲唑治疗,观察组采用来曲唑联合HCG治疗。治疗结束后对临床疗效进行判定;比较治疗前后患者子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积、多毛体征评分以及FSH、LH、E2、SHBG、空腹血糖、IR水平的变化,计算FTI水平。结果观察组治疗总有效为92.5%,高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组多毛评分、卵巢体积、FSH、LH、空腹血糖、IR及FTI水平均低于对照组,宫内膜厚度、E2、SHBG水平高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组治疗不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论来曲唑联合HCG治疗PCOS,可显著提高临床疗效,降低多毛评分并改善患者性激素水平。Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy with letrozole and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and its effect on hirsutism score and sex hormone levels in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Included in this study were 80 PCOS patients admitted to Chengdu University Hospital between January 2015 and December 2018.The subjects were divided into two groups,ie.the control group treated with letrozole alone,and the study group treated with letrozole combined with HCG.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was assessed.The two groups were compared for changes in endometrial thickness,ovarian size,hirsutism scores,FSH,LH,E2,SHBG,fasting blood glucose,and IR levels before and after treatment.FTI levels were calculated.Results The overall treatment response in the study group was 92.5%,which was higher than that(75.0%)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group showed lower hirsutism score,ovarian size,FSH,LH,fasting blood glucose,IR and FTI levels,but thinner endometrium,higher levels of E2 and SHBG,compared to the control group with statistical between-group differences(all P<0.05).The two groups did not differ significantly in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy with letrozole and HCG can significantly improve clinical efficacy,reduce hirsutism score and sex hormone levels in patients with PCOS.
