摘  要:铝合金铸件加工时发现的黑色硬质点硬度大,对刀具磨损较厉害,加工效率低;而且黑色硬质点分布在铸件密封面上,严重影响铸件的气密性能。通过电镜扫描确定黑色硬质点成分,并结合形成原理,提出去除黑色硬质点的解决方案。经过实践验证,取得了良好的效果。The black hard spots found during the processing of aluminum alloy castings have high hardness,which causes severe tool wear and low processing efficiency;and the black hard spots are distributed on the sealing surface of the casting,which seriously affects the airtight performance of the casting.The composition of black hard spots has been determined by scanning electron microscope,in combined with the formation principle,a solution to remove the black hard spots has been proposed.After practical verification,good results have been achieved.
