摘 要:等通道转角挤压(ECAP)工艺是利用纯剪切变形原理使金属材料产生大塑性变形,金属晶粒得到细化,制备出超细晶材料的加工方法。利用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元分析软件,以提出的新型ECAP模具为模型,分析了模具内外角变化对加工金属真应变的影响规律,确定了大尺寸铝合金板材ECAP模具结构,并实现多组板材同时加工,提高生产效率。Equal channel angular extrusion(ECAP)process is a processing method that uses the pure shear deformation principle to produce large plastic deformation of metal materials,and the metal grains are refined to prepare ultra-fine-grained materials.By use of COMSOL Multiphysics finite element analysis software,taking the proposed new ECAP die as a model,the influence of the change of the inner and outer angles of the mold on the true strain of the processed metal has been analyzed,and the ECAP die structure of large-size aluminum alloy sheet has been determined.The multiple sets of sheet have been processed at the same time,which improves the productivity.
