摘 要:近年来,持续葡萄糖监测(CGM)在临床实践中逐渐得到重视。CGM评价指标中,葡萄糖在目标范围内时间(TIR)直观、易懂,能反应患者正常生活状态下的血糖变化情况。多数临床医生对TIR缺乏了解,无法充分认识其在治疗中的定位。本文对TIR的定义及其与HbA_(1)c、DM并发症的关系和临床应用进行综述。In recent years,continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)has been paid more and more attention in clinical practice. In the CGM evaluation index,time in range(TIR)is intuitive and easy to understand,which can reflect the changes of blood glucose in patient’s daily life. Most clinicians lack understanding of TIR and cannot use it handily. This article reviews the definition of TIR,its relationship with HbA_(1)c and DM complications,and its clinical application.
