摘　　要：国铁企业法律纠纷案件管理是铁路法治建设的重要组成部分,为全面提升法律纠纷案件管理水平,切实维护铁路合法权益,亟需针对相应管理机制进一步创新和优化,以适应国铁企业改革发展的需要。在对国铁企业法律纠纷案件管理机制现状及优化因素进行分析的基础上,提出创新主动维权方式、构建区域会商新模式、优化重点领域案例应对指引的国铁企业法律纠纷案件管理机制优化策略,通过制定主动维权工作指引、扩大案件区域会商参与主体范围、编写重点领域法律纠纷案件应对指引等措施,完善国铁企业法律纠纷案件管理体系,实现法律事务工作与铁路生产经营活动的深度融合。The management of legal dispute cases in enterprises under the leadership of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. is an important part of the construction of the rule of law in railway. In order to comprehensively improve the management of legal dispute cases and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of railway, it is urgent to further innovate and optimize corresponding management mechanisms to adapt to the requirement of reform and development of railway enterprises. Based on the analysis of the status quo and optimization factors of the legal dispute case management mechanism of the railway enterprise, the optimization strategy of the legal dispute case management mechanism is proposed to innovate and proactively protect rights, construct a new model of regional consultation, and optimize the guidelines for response to cases in key areas. By formulating guidelines for active rights protection work, expanding the scope of participants in regional consultations in cases, and compiling guidelines for response to legal disputes in key areas, the management system of legal disputes in railway enterprises is improved, and the integration of legal affairs and railway production and operation activities is deepened.
