宫颈癌术后感染致输尿管阴道瘘1例

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌患者手术后发生感染导致输尿管阴道瘘患者的护理情况。方法抽取1例该院在2019年6月25日进行手术患者,对此例患者的临床资料、手术情况以及预后进行分析研究。结果术后第8天,患者伤口部分渗液;术后第11天,患者出现反复发热;术后第12天,患者尿液恢复呈淡黄色,尿色清亮,尿量正常。因有咳嗽、咽痛不适,5 d后体温恢复,术后第20天开始出现腹胀加重,较难忍受;术后26 d,患者突然出现阴道大量流液,尿量明显减少,阴道流液查肌酐1380.20μmol/L。以上情况通过治疗后改善,患者康复,顺利出院。结论宫颈癌术后感染致输尿管阴道瘘患者术后感染致输尿管阴道瘘患者通过对症治疗,顺利出院。Objective To explore the nursing of patients with ureterovaginal fistula caused by infection after cervical cancer surgery.Methods A sample of a patient who underwent surgery in the hospital on June 25,2019 was selected,and the clinical data,surgery and prognosis of this patient were analyzed and studied.Results On the 8th day after the operation,part of the patient's wound exuded fluid;on the 11th day after the operation,the patient had repeated fever;on the 12th day after the operation,the patient's urine returned to pale yellow,clear urine,and normal urine output.Due to cough and sore throat,body temperature recovered after 5 days.Abdominal distension began to increase on the 20th day after surgery,which was more unbearable;26 days after surgery,the patient suddenly experienced a large amount of vaginal fluid and the amount of urine was significantly reduced.The vaginal fluid was checked Creatinine 1380.20μmol/L.The above situation was improved after treatment,and the patient recovered and was discharged smoothly.Conclusion Patients with ureterovaginal fistula caused by cervical cancer infection were discharged from the hospital after symptomatic treatment.
