探讨前瞻性护理模式在颅脑损伤伴合并伤患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨前瞻性护理模式在颅脑损伤伴合并伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2019年12月该院收治的颅脑损伤伴合并伤患者80例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受前瞻性护理,比较两组并发症发生情况、预后情况。结果观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的并发症发生率35.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.169,P<0.05);观察组恢复良好率为80.00%,对照组恢复良好率为50.00%,观察组恢复良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.912,P<0.05);对照组病死率为5.00%,观察组无死亡患者,两组病死率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.051,P>0.05)。结论前瞻性护理模式的实施可有效减少颅脑损伤伴合并伤患者的并发症发生,改善患者疾病预后。Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing model in the nursing of patients with head injury and combined injury.Methods It is convenient to select 80 patients with craniocerebral injury and combined injuries admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received prospective care.Compare the occurrence and prognosis of complications betwwen the two goup.Results The complication rate in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than the complication rate in the control group,35.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.169,P<0.05);the good recovery rate in the observation group was 80.00%,and the control group of the rate of good recovery was 50.00%.The rate of good recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.912,P<0.05);the mortality rate in the control group was 5.00%,and there was no death in the observation group.There was not statistically significant difference in mortality between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.051,P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the prospective nursing model can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with craniocerebral injury and complicated injuries,and improve the prognosis of patients.
