摘 要:随着井站无人值守化和智能化推进,川东地区从2010年开始逐步实施泡沫排水采气自动化,但仅限于液体泡排技术。目前市面上在用的棒状固体泡排自动化加注技术已成熟广泛运用于长庆地区,相比之下,球状固体泡排加注装置虽然实现了自动化,但存在局限性:一是装置设计为两个压力系统,长期使用会导致密封原件失效;二是未考虑放空系统,对于含硫气井不适用。为了解决球状固体泡排剂加注问题,结合现场实际工况,研制了一种新型球状固体泡排加注装置,装置按一个压力系统设计,设有放空系统,更具备安全性。且装置具备自动控制功能,可以实现远程和就地操作,尤其适用于偏远地区的无人值守井站,可以极大降低生产成本,达到了应用球状固体泡排剂实施排水采气的目的。研究结果表明:(1)装置性能稳定,(2)应用该装置加注球状固体泡排剂实现了气井的连续稳产,提高了泡沫排水采气效率。结论认为新型球状泡排加注装置适用于球状固体泡排剂的加注,为川东地区固体泡排自动化加注提供了技术支撑,具有广阔的推广应用前景。With the development of unmanned and intelligent gas wells,the automation of foam drainage in gas production has been gradually implemented in east Sichuan since 2010,but we only have the liquid foam drainage technology.At present,the automatic filling technology of rod shaped solid bubble drain is mature and widely used in Changqing area.In contrast,the automatic filling device of ball shaped solid bubble drain is realized,but there are limitations.First,the device is designed as two pressure systems,long time service will lead to the failure of the original seals.Second,the vent system is not considered which is not suitable for sour gas wells.In order to solve the filling problem of ball shaped solid foam drainage agent.According to the working conditions,we develop a new ball shaped solid foam drainage filling device.The device is designed as one pressure system and has a venting system,which is more safe.We take automatic control system in this device which makes remote and in-place control is possible.This device is especially suitable for unattended wells in remote areas,so we can greatly reduce production costs.The results of the study tell us that,(1)the device has stable performance,(2)we realize the continuous stable production of the test gas well,which improves the gas production efficiency of the foam drainage.So we can come to the conclusion the new ball shaped solid foam drainage filling device is suitable for the filling of ball shaped solid foam agent.With which we provide a technical support for the automatic filling of solid foam in the east Sichuan which has a broad application prospect.
