摘  要:本文分析了渤海某油田FPSO污油水处理流程,结合舱室内污油水样性质,通过室内验证筛选出专用破乳剂PR-6,并结合转舱过程,对其应用效果进行验证。PR-6加注后,舱内污油水脱水彻底,脱出水较清澈,含油值低,可返流程处理,满足现场需要,成功解决现场4S舱内污油水含水较高且占据舱容的问题,对以后相似问题提供解决思路。This paper analyzes the FPSO field process of an oilfield in Bohai Sea,selects the special demulsifier PR-6 by indoor verification combined with the nature of oil and water samples in the cabin,and verifies its application effect in combination with the cabin transfer process.After PR-6 filling,the waste oil and water in the cabin are dehydrated thoroughly,and the water is clear,with low oil value.It can be returned to the process for treatment,meeting the needs of the site.The problem that the waste oil and water in the 4S cabin at the site have high water content and occupy the cabin capacity has been successfully solved,which provides solutions to similar problems in the future.
