摘  要:金属复合管换热器制造过程中的胀接工艺会在管与翅片间产生接触热阻,该接触热阻对换热能力的负面影响较为显著。采用一种适用于工程上的结合换热性能试验和模拟仿真的计算方法,针对不同胀接工艺(Type-A型和Type-B型)和不同片距(2.0,2.2 mm)金属复合管的接触热阻数值问题开展研究工作。研究结果表明:片距2.0 mm翅片的换热能力优于片距2.2 mm翅片,Type-B型翅片的换热能力优于Type-A型翅片;片距2.0 mm翅片的接触热阻小于片距2.2 mm翅片,Type-B型翅片接触热阻小于Type-A型翅片;随着雷诺数Re的增加,4种翅片接触热阻均减小,当Re范围为2000~4000时,接触热阻数值及下降幅度较大,当Re范围为4000~6000时,接触热阻的数值及下降幅度较小。由此可见,Type-B型、片距2.0 mm以及高雷诺数(Re>4000)均能减小接触热阻,显著提高金属复合管换热器的换热能力。该接触热阻的研究方法能够部分解决接触热阻在传热过程中的不确定性问题,研究过程和研究结论可为后续金属复合管换热器接触热阻问题的研究提供帮助。In the manufacturing process of metal clad tube heat exchanger,the thermal contact resistance between the tube and the fins will be generated,which has a significant negative impact on the heat transfer capacity.A method combining heat transfer performance test and simulation is used to study the thermal contact resistance of metal clad tubes with different tube expanding processes(Type-A and Type-B)and different fin spacing(2.0,2.2 mm).The results show that the heat transfer capacity of the fin with 2.0 mm fin spacing is better than that with 2.2 mm fin spacing,and the heat transfer capacity of Type-B fin is better than that of Type-A fin;the thermal contact resistance of fin with 2.0 mm fin spacing is less than that with 2.2 mm fin spacing,and the thermal contact resistance of Type-B fin is lower than that of Type-A fin;with the increase of Reynolds number,the thermal contact resistance of all four types of fins decreases,when the range of Re is from 2000~4000,the value and decreasing range of thermal contact resistance are relatively large,when the range of Re is 4000~6000,the value and decreasing range of thermal contact resistance are relatively small.Therefore,the fin of Type-B,the fin with 2.0 mm fin spacing and the fin with high Reynolds number(Re>4000)all can reduce the thermal contact resistance and significantly improve the heat transfer capacity of the metal clad tube heat exchanger.The research method of thermal contact resistance in this paper can partly solve the uncertainty problem of thermal contact resistance in the heat transfer process.The research process and conclusion can provide help for the follow-up study of thermal contact resistance of metal clad tube heat exchanger.
