摘 要:穿山甲是我国传统中药,有消肿散结、通经下乳、活血消癥之功,其质地坚实,不易破碎,有效成分难以溶出。通过适当炮制后,可使其质地变脆,便于有效成分溶出。为此,本文就近年来穿山甲炮制的历史沿革、炮制方法、工艺及现代炮制对其化学成分和药效等方面研究内容进行文献综述,综合分析了穿山甲不同炮制方法,及这些方法对该药材化学成分和药效作用的影响,提出穿山甲经高温炮制后,可增强药效的主要结论。依据穿山甲炮制研究现状,探讨了未来研究穿山甲的主要思路,目的是为深入研究提供基础。Pangolin is one of traditional Chinese medicine,which has the function of eliminating swelling and dispersing knot,passing through the lower milk,activating blood and eliminating the swelling.Its texture is solid,it is not easy to break,and the effective components are difficult to dissolve.After proper processing,the texture can be brittle and the effective components can be dissolved.Therefore,this paper reviews the history,processing methods,processing techniques and modern processing of pangolin in recent years,and comprehensively analyzes the different processing methods of pangolin and the effects of these methods on the chemical composition and pharmacodynamics of the medicinal materials.Based on the present research situation of pangolin,the main ideas of future research on pangolin are discussed in order to provide the basis for further research.
