摘  要:耐菌不锈钢是一种具有抗菌作用的新型金属材料,其耐菌性能与材料的成分和成型工艺有密切关系。随着耐菌不锈钢应用的领域扩展,耐菌不锈钢的焊缝性能成为新的研究热点。本文采用数值模拟的方法对耐菌不锈钢焊缝形成过程进行研究,对正常焊接方法和随焊激冷方法引起的焊缝温度场、应力和变形量进行模拟数值分析,为控制焊接接头质量提供依据。Antimicrobial stainless steel is a new type of metal material with antibacterial effect.Its antibacterial property is closely related to the composition and molding process of the material.With the expansion of the application field of bacteria-resistant stainless steel,the weld performance of bacteria-resistant stainless steel has become a new research hotspot.In this paper,the formation process of bacteria-resistant stainless steel weld is studied by numerical simulation method,and the temperature field,stress and deformation of weld caused by normal welding method and welding quenching method are simulated and numerically analyzed to provide basis for controlling the quality of welded joint.
