摘　　要：目的探讨建立地区老年专科护理联盟,提升区域老年专科护理的专业水平,为医养结合试点城市的建设打下基础。方法以三甲医院为盟主建立江门地区老年专科护理联盟,共纳入本地区34家医疗机构,通过建立沟通制度,培训联盟医院专科护士,指导和协助建立老年专科小组,建立老年专科护理技术工作指引、培训、查房,定期在联盟医院开展个案讨论等形式,提升基层老年专科护理水平。结果2016年9月-2017年2月培养了30名老年专科护士;联盟建立后,学员专业能力较培训前显著提高;联盟内所有医院制定专科流程指引;完成了72例个案收集,举行全市护理交流学习巡查2次、疑难病例讨论17次及护理个案讨论会31场次。结论老年专科护理联盟有效的促进了地区老年护理的发展,提供专科知识交流平台,提升了地区老年护理质量。Objective To build up the regional geriatric nursing alliance to improve the level of geriatric nursing in Jiangmen city,so as to make a foundation for future pilot medical care combined with old-age service.Methods The regional geriatric nursing alliance was constructed,including 34 medical institutions in Jiangmen city.Regular communication and case report were conducted in the alliance.Moreover,specialist training was provided for the geriatric nurses to standardize the nursing guideline,training and ward round.Results Thirty nurses received the training program on geriatric nursing and their nursing skills were significantly improved.After the foundation of the alliance,all the medical institutions managed to report the geriatric nursing quality regularly,established geriatric guidelines and collected 72 case reports,held 2 regional nursing inspections,17 discussions of intractable cases and 31 case report meetings.Conclusion Regional geriatric nursing alliance could promote the geriatric nursing and provide a platform for communication,which can increase the regional geriatric nursing.
