摘  要:支重轮作为支撑挖掘机整机行走的关键部件,其可靠性直接影响到整个四轮一带系统的可靠性水平。针对某吨级挖掘机支重轮浮封漏油的问题,应用可靠性分析技术进行剖析,确定出对支重轮可靠性影响较大的关键因素,通过仿真及加速试验技术,得出有效的改进措施。改进后的支重轮投入市场后,通过两年多的考核验证,保修期3 000 h内故障降幅83%,平均失效前时间MTTF超过4 000 h,达到了产品预期改进目标,实现了支重轮可靠性提升技术研究的突破。As a key component supporting travel of excavator,the reliability of roller directly affects the reliability level of the whole four-roller one-track system.Aiming at oil leakage of roller floating seal of a tonnage excavator,reliability analysis technology is applied to analyze and determine the key factors that have a great impact on reliability of supporting roller.Through simulation and accelerated test technology,effective improvement measures are obtained.After putting the improved roller into market,through examination and verification for more than two years,the failure rate within warranty period of 3 000 h decreases by 83%,and the mean time to failures(MTTF) exceeds 4 000 h,which achieve the expected improvement goal and breakthrough of research on reliability improvement technology of rollers.
