摘　　要：以中国港湾加纳特码新集装箱码头工程项目后轨道梁分项施工为背景,着重对钢管桩砂掏除装置的制作与施工进行介绍。经过与传统的人工掏除钢管桩芯砂作对比,对新型快速掏除桩芯砂装置的设计、制作及应用进行简单概述,总结施工中需注意的事项和要点,确保优质、快速、高效地完成钢管桩芯砂掏除,可为类似的施工提供借鉴。Based on sub-item construction of the rear track beam of the new container terminal project in China Harbor in Tema,Ghana,the manufacture and construction of the steel pipe pile sand removal device is mainly introduced.After comparing with traditional manual removal of steel pipe pile sand,a brief overview of the design,manufacture and application of the new rapid removal device is given,and the considerations and key points in construction are summarized to ensure high quality,rapid and efficient removal of steel pipe pile sand,which can provide a reference for similar construction.
