某型装载机驱动桥散热系统故障分析及改进

摘  要:某型装载机作为高端机型,配置湿式制动驱动桥,采用内藏式多片摩擦片制动器,由于车重较大,制动产生的热量无法通过自身结构进行散热,需要配置外置散热系统。某型装载机的驱动桥散热系统在工作中出现轮边制动散热油温超高、密封件失效漏油的故障。通过分析故障机散热系统原理并进行故障测试,发现故障机散热系统设计未满足驱动桥密封件的压力要求,通过改进系统各部件的布置顺序,改进部件的结构性能,有效降低了系统压力,使驱动桥密封件的压力要求得到满足,解决了散热系统的问题。As a high-end model,a certain type of loader is equipped with a wet brake drive axle and a built-in multi-disc brake.Due to large vehicle weight,the heat generated by braking cannot be dissipated through its own structure,so it needs to be equipped with an external cooling system.The drive axle cooling system of the loader has the phenomenon of excessively high temperature of wheel brake cooling oil and oil leakage of seals during operation.By analyzing the principle of cooling system of the fault loader and fault test,it is found that the design of cooling system of the fault loader does not meet the pressure requirements of the drive axle seals.By improving the components arrangement order of the system and improving the structural performance of the components,the system pressure is effectively reduced,the pressure requirements of the drive axle seals are met,and the problems of cooling system are solved.
