摘 要:为获得燃煤电厂SO_(3)和可凝结颗粒物(CPM)的迁移排放特性,对国内多家超低排放燃煤机组烟气中SO_(3)和CPM进行现场测试。结果表明:有4家电厂的选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统对SO_(3)总生成量的贡献率在42.01%~52.08%之间,湿法烟气脱硫装置(WFGD)对SO_(3)的脱除效率在51.20%~65.20%之间,湿式电除尘器(WESP)对SO_(3)的脱除效率在77.25%~79.27%之间;从排放烟气看,配备WESP的超低排放改造电厂均能有效脱除SO_(3),总脱除效率达到94.28%以上;此外,现有污染物控制装置对CPM有一定脱除作用,其中,WFGD对CPM的脱除效率在34.64%~47.20%之间,WESP对CPM的脱除效率在36.20%~39.26%之间;CPM主要由SO42–、Cl–和NO3–等酸根离子组成,CPM无机成分中的NH4+和SO42–分别来自烟气中的NH3和SO_(3),其质量浓度与烟气中NH3和SO_(3)的质量浓度正相关。In order to study the migration characteristics of SO_(3) and condensable particulate matters(CPM)from ultra-low emission coal-fired power plants,the mass concentrations of SO_(3) and CPM in the flue gas from different power plants were detected.The results indicate that,the SCR denitration system contributes 42.01%~52.08%of the total SO_(3) formation mass concentrations,the removal rate of SO_(3) by the wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)system is 51.20%~65.20%,and the removal rate of SO_(3) by the wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)is 77.25%~79.27%.The ultra-low emission coal-fired power plants equipped with WESP can effectively remove the SO_(3) in the flue gas and the removal efficiency can reach 94.28%.Besides,the existing pollutant control devices have some effect on CPM removal.The removal rate of CPM by the WFGD is 34.64%~47.20%%,and the removal rate of CPM by the WESP is 36.20%~39.26%.The CPM is mainly composed of inorganic components,and the inorganic components are mainly composed of acid ions such as SO42–,Cl–and NO3–.The NH4+and SO42–in the CPM come from NH3 and SO_(3) in the flue gas,and their mass concentrations are positively correlated with the mass concentrations of NH3 and SO_(3) in the flue gas.
