摘  要:锅炉实际运行中飞灰、结焦等会造成炉膛火焰红外温度检测系统的测量孔堵塞,从而导致炉膛温度测量不准确。本文基于空气炮原理设计了一种新型的测量孔清焦装置,并在炉膛火焰红外温度检测系统中进行应用。该装置采用连通域标记算法对测量孔图像进行二值化处理,实现测量孔结焦堵塞的检测与判别,利用空气炮中压缩空气释放所形成的冲击力带动撞锤击打结焦,并结合振动气锤促使撞锤振动辅以冷却风来保持撞锤自身的清洁度,最终达到清除温度检测系统测量孔结焦的目的。经过实际验证,所设计的清焦装置能有效清除炉膛火焰红外温度检测系统的结焦,确保火焰温度测量的准确性,整个装置能安装在较小空间,具有较强的实用性。In the actual operation of boiler,the presence of fly ash and coking will block the measuring holes in furnace flame infrared temperature detection system,resulting in a decrease in the accuracy of the furnace temperature measurement system.To solve this problem,this paper designs a new type of decoking device based on the principle of air cannon,and applies it in the boiler flame infrared temperature detection system.This device realizes the detection and discrimination of the coking and clogging of the measuring hole by analyzing and processing the image of the measuring hole.The impact force formed by the release of compressed air in the air cannon is used to drive the hammer to hit the coking.Combined with the vibrating air hammer,the hammer vibration is promoted,and cooling air are applied to maintain the cleanliness of the hammer itself,so as to effectively remove the coking of the flame infrared temperature detection system.After verification,the designed coking device can effectively remove the coking of the furnace flame infrared temperature detection system and ensure the accuracy of flame temperature measurement.The entire device can be installed in a small space and has strong practicability.
