摘  要:自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔的热力性能受环境大风的影响较大,通过在塔进风口设置导流装置可以改善冷却塔的热力性能。为了验证空气导流装置对冷却塔热力性能的效果,本文针对环境大风地区的1000 MW机组配置的13000 m2自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔进行试验研究,在相同的运行工况和环境大风条件下,比较2座同类型的冷却塔不设空气导流装置和设置空气导流装置对其热力性能和出塔水温的影响。结果表明:设置空气导流装置,可以有效降低环境大风对冷却塔的不利影响;在同等运行状态和环境条件下,设置空气导流装置后,出塔水温比不设空气导流装置的低,在试验环境风速范围内,2座塔随环境风速的增加出塔水温差值而愈发明显。环境风速v<3 m/s,2座冷却塔出塔水温基本一致;3 m/s≤v<5 m/s,2座冷却塔出塔水温差值变化范围为0.24~0.61℃;5 m/s≤v<8 m/s,2座冷却塔出塔水温差值变化范围为0.71~0.97℃。The thermal performance of natural draft counterflow wet cooling towers is greatly affected by ambient cross wind,this situation can be improved by applying air guiding baffles at air inlet of the tower.To test the effect of air guiding baffles,this paper studies a 1000 MW power generation unit with a 13000 m2 natural draft counter-flow wet cooling tower located at strong wind region.Through field tests under the same operating and ambient conditions,the effects of adding air guiding baffles on basin water temperature and thermal performance of the cooling tower are studied.The results show that,the adverse effect of ambient cross wind on natural draft counter-flow wet cooling towers can be effectively reduced by applying air guiding baffles.Under the same operating and ambient conditions,the basin water temperature of the cooling tower with air guiding baffles is lower than that of the same type cooling tower without the air guiding baffles.Within the test range,this basin water temperature difference becomes more significant with the increasing ambient wind speed.When the wind speed v is below 3 m/s,the basin water temperature is basically the same.When 3 m/s≤v<5 m/s,the viariation range of basin water temperature is 0.24~0.61℃.When 5 m/s≤v<8 m/s,the variation range of the basin water temperature is 0.71~0.97℃.
