摘　　要：军事护理教育在高技术信息化战争和非战争军事行动的高要求下,显得尤为重要。该文旨在了解近几年我国军事护理教育的发展现状,发现现如今该领域存在的问题并进行探讨与分析,从而在创新人才发展模式、提高教师综合素质、保障设施设备的建设、注重理论联系实际等方面提出新的对策,进一步保证军事护理教育的发展,增强我国卫勤保障力量,提高战时救护能力,为我军培养更优质的军事护理人才。Military nursing education is particularly important under the high requirements of high-tech information warfare and non-war military operations.This article aims to understand the development status of military nursing education in my country in recent years,discover the current problems in this field,and conduct discussion and analysis,so as to innovate the talent development model,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers,guarantee the construction of facilities and equipment,and focus on theory and practice and other aspects to propose new countermeasures;further ensure the development of military nursing education,strengthen our country's medical support force,improve wartime rescue capabilities,and cultivate better military nursing personnel for our army.
