摘　　要：目的对一起发生在校园内流感爆发疫情调查处置情况进行分析,探讨科学有效的防控措施。方法开展病例回顾性搜索和现况调查,并对结果进行描述性流行病学分析。结果该起由甲乙两型季节性流感病毒引起的混合型校园内流感病例爆发疫情,自2017年12月28日—2018年1月2日,历时6 d,波及6个年级12个班级588例,共发病26例,发病高峰期为2017年12月29日—2018年1月1日,所波及班级学生罹患率为4.42%。一年级学生发病最多,共7例,占总病例数的26.92%。发病年龄多在6~8岁,其中男生发病12例,女生发病14例,男女性别比为0.86:1,教师中无病例发生。结论隔离措施不到位和免疫空白是引起该次疫情流行的主要原因。应对学生、家长和教师应加强疾病防治知识和相关法律法规的学习和宣传,建议在流感流行高峰前1~2个月接种流感疫苗,切实做好学校传染病疫情监测和报告管理工作,提高师生的健康保护意识和能力。Objective To analyze the investigation and disposal of an influenza outbreak on campus,and to discuss scientific and effective prevention and control measures.Methods Carryied out retrospective case search and current situation investigation,and conduct descriptive epidemiological analysis of the results.Results The outbreak of mixed influenza cases on campus caused by two types of seasonal influenza viruses.The outbreak lasted 6 days from December 28,2017 to January 2,2018,and affected 588 people in 12 classes in 6 grades,with a total of 26 cases.The peak of the disease was from December 29,2017 to January 1,2018,the attack rate of the affected class was 4.42%.The first grade students had the most morbidity,with 7 cases in total,accounting for 26.92%of the total cases.The age of onset was mostly between 6 and 8 years old.Among them,12 cases were male and 14 were female.The gender ratio of male to female was 0.86:1.Conclusion Inadequate isolation measures and vaccinations are the main reasons for this epidemic.Therefore,students,parents,and teachers should strengthen the learning and publicity of disease prevention knowledge and related laws and regulations.It is recommended to receive influenza vaccination 1-2 months before the peak of influenza epidemic,and effectively monitor and report the management of infectious diseases in schools to improve the health protection awareness and ability of teachers and students.
