摘  要:炼油企业面临着原料油重质化和劣质化、产品绿色化和清洁化的双重压力,劣质重油成为全球未来石油资源开发的主题,重质渣油加工技术成为提升炼油企业经济效益、增加竞争力的关键环节。为应对这一挑战,炼油厂采用渣油加氢技术作为最重要的渣油加工手段之一。本文详细介绍了固定床、悬浮床、浆态床三种渣油加氢工艺技术进展与下一步发展趋势。其中,固定床渣油加氢技术成熟度较高,应用较为广泛;沸腾床渣油加氢技术日益成熟,近几年在国内应用发展较快;悬浮床对进料性质几乎没有限制,具有良好应用前景。Oil refining enterprises are facing the dual pressure of heavy and inferior raw materials,green and clean products.Poor quality heavy oil has become the theme of future oil resources development in the world,heavy residue processing technology has become a key link to enhance the economic efficiency and competitiveness of oil refining enterprises.The refinery adopts residue hydrotreating technology as one of the most important residual oil processing methods.This paper introduces the technical progress and future development trend of fixed bed,suspended bed and slurry bed in detail.Fixed bed hydrotreating technology is the most mature one and widely applied.Ebullated bed hydrocracking technology is becoming mature,and its application in China has developed rapidly in recent years.The slurry bed has almost no restriction on the feed properties,so it has a good application prospect.
