摘  要:FCC催化剂制备过程中氯离子的存在对焙烧料打浆罐顶金属设备的腐蚀较大。通过对打浆罐顶的腐蚀情况检测分析,指出控制催化剂制备过程中氯元素的加入量,增加焙烧尾气的抽取力度,同时在打浆罐外设置轴流风机或者引风机,在保证收率的情况下增加内部气流的流动性,可很大程度上改善腐蚀环境。此外,在工艺条件允许的情况下,还可采取加入适当的缓蚀剂或者选择合适的新型材料及适当考虑罐面衬氟等措施。Chlorine affects seriously on the corrosion of metal parts on the top of beating tank for calcines.Through the detection and analysis of the corrosion on the top of the refining tank after the FCC catalyst is roasted,it is pointed out that controlling the amount of chlorine element added in the process of catalyst preparation,increasing the extraction strength of the roasting tail gas,and setting the axial flow fan or induced draft fan outside the refining tank to increase the fluidity of the internal air flow under the condition of ensuring the yield can greatly reduce the corrosion.In addition,if the process conditions permit,adding appropriate corrosion inhibitor or selecting appropriate new materials and properly considering the tank surface fluorine lining measures can achieve the maximum economic benefits.
