摘  要:为了给锅炉热态调整提供依据,对高效煤粉锅炉进行冷态空气动力场试验。方法是通过锅炉冷态模化原理,模拟炉膛热态下的空气动力场。通过试验,得到一次、二次、三次风对应风速的风门开度,并绘出炉膛燃烧假想切圆的直径以及偏心情况的结果。根据一次、二次、三次风风门调节特性,有以下规律:一次、二次、三次风风速均可达到设定值,且四个角风速一致;#1与#4,#2与#3喷口的二次风门调节特性较接近;随着风门开度增加,风速将增加,其中60%的开度是个拐点,之后开度增加,风速增加较快;二次风风门开度一定情况下,风速不随启停磨煤机变化;二次风速至32 m/s时,1#、4#二次风风门开度需比2#、3#风门开度大;送风机出力在80%以上,风门调节曲线趋于水平;送风机出力越大,达到相同的风速,二次风风门开度越小,当送风机出力达80%以上,送风机出力对风门影响不大;炉膛燃烧切圆中心基本无偏斜,一次风切圆大小约φ1400 mm,燃烧器安装完好。In order to provide the basis for the hot adjustment of the boiler,the cold aerodynamic field test is carried out for the high efficiency pulverized coal boiler.The method is that the aerodynamic field of the furnace in hot state is simulated,based on the principle of boiler cold modeling.The opening aperture of the damper corresponding to the primary,secondary and tertiary air velocity is found,and the diameter and eccentricity of the imaginary tangential circle of the furnace combustion are plotted as a conclusion.According to the regulation characteristics of primary,secondary and tertiary air dampers,there are the following rules:the air velocity of primary,secondary and tertiary air can reach to the set value,and the four angular air velocity are the same.Between#1 and#4,#2 and#3,nozzles are same at the regulation characteristics of secondary air dampers;as the opening aperture of air damper increases,air velocity will increase,of which,60%is an inflection point.After it,there is a faster growth in air velocity.When the opening aperture of the secondary air damper is fixed,the air velocity does not change as the startup or shutoff of the pulverizer.When the secondary air velocity reaches to 32 m/s,the opening aperture of#1 and#4 are larger than that of#2 and#3.When the output of the blower is above 80%,the opening aperture curve of air damper tends to be horizontal.The larger the output of the blower is,the smaller the opening aperture of the secondary air damper is at the secondary air velocity of 32 m/s,while the output of the blower reaches above 80%,the different output of the blower reaches the same air velocity.The tangential center of furnace combustion has no deflection basically.The diameter of primary air tangential circle is about 1400 mm,and the burner is installed well.
