摘  要:校园工程具有“三不供”间歇性供暖的特点,根据校园所在地地热资源赋存情况,采用中深层地岩热智能供暖系统,根据末端需求自动调整供暖模式。现场实测了中深层地热井的温度分布、地温梯度和系统运行情况,结果表明取热段平均地温梯度达到7℃/hm,室内温度18℃以上,运行费低廉,直供状态下甚至低至0.1元/m2·月,效果显著。The characteristics of intermittent heating in school project are analyzed.Campus project has the characteristics of intermittent heating of"three not for".According to the reserve and temperature characteristics of geothermal resource in the project,an intelligent heating system of medium-depth geothermal was designed,and the heating mode was automatically adjusted with the end demand.The ground temperature distribution,the geothermal gradient of the geothermal well and the parameters of thesystem operation were measured on site.The results show that the average geothermal gradient in the heating section reaches 7℃/hm,and the indoor temperature is above 18℃.The running costcan even reach as low as 0.1 yuan/(m2·month)while under direct supply.This heating system is of high performance and has very low operating cost,and is of great promise.
