摘 要:在建的老挝南俄3面板堆石坝坝高达两百米级,已接近世界第一高面板堆石坝-水布垭面板堆石坝.南俄3大坝堆石料模量较低,后期变形偏大,面板可能存在挤压破坏、拉裂破坏、翘曲脱空等诸多问题,危害大坝安全.设计建设期工程技术人员就面板应力变形安全、坝体-地基摩擦接触效应、面板脱空等技术问题提出了质疑.本文通过三维有限元方法结合工程实践经验对该坝结构安全以及工程措施有效性进行了细致论证,结果表明,采用了设置压性缝、提高低高程部位混凝土标号和配筋率、控制预沉降时间等措施后大坝结构安全是有保证的.本文详细阐述了南俄3大坝结构安全论证过程以及采取工程措施的必要性,研究方法和技术路线可为海外高土石坝工程的设计、计算、建设提供借鉴.The Laos Nam Ngum 3 is a 200 m high CFRD dam that under construction.The height of the dam is close to the world's tallest CFRD,namely the Shuibuya CFRD,and the dam material modulus is low,therefore the creep deformation may be large.There are many problems(such as,compressive failure,tensile failure,separation between the slab and the cushion,etc.)endanger the safety of the dam.During the design and construction period,the engineers raised questions about the stress safety of the slab,the frictional contact effect between the dam body and the foundation,and the separation between the slab and the cushion.This paper used a 3D finite element method combing with the engineering practice and conducted a detailed demonstration of the safety evaluation of the dam structure and engineering measures.Results show that the safety of the dam structure was ensured after taking measures such as,setting compression joints,improving the concrete strength,enhancing the reinforcement of the slab,and controlling the pre-settlement time.The methods and technical routes used in this paper can provide references for the calculation and analysis of earth-rock dam abroad.
