摘　　要：从游客体验视角出发,引入模糊综合评价法,探寻影响海滨旅游景区游客满意度的主要因素,构建游客满意度评价指标体系,并以福建崇武古城滨海旅游景区为例开展研究,以期为海滨旅游景区的优化管理与可持续发展提供参考依据。From the perspective of tourists′ experience,this paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to explore the main factors affecting tourists′ satisfaction in coastal tourist attractions.Taking Chongwu ancient city coastal scenic spot as an example,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction,in order to provide reference for the optimal management and sustainable development of coastal scenic spots.
