摘　　要：为了调查山西省猪呼吸道疾病综合征的病原种类,于2019年6—7月采集山西省11个市20个规模化屠宰场猪肺脏组织样品,采用PCR技术对猪肺组织样品中的猪肺炎支原体(MHP)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、猪圆环病毒3型(PCV3)、猪流感病毒(SIV)的特异基因进行了检测。结果显示,MHP、PRRSV、PCV2、PCV3、SIV的阳性率分别占76.9%、12.3%、61.6%、85.2%、0。521份样品中MHP与病毒混合感染的阳性率为74.7%,主要为MHP+PCV3或MHP+PCV2+PCV3混合感染。MHP、PCV2、PCV3是引起山西省猪群中猪呼吸道疾病综合征的主要诱发病原。在加强饲养管理的同时,推广MHP与PCV2疫苗的接种是预防PRDC的关键手段。Porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC)is a respiratory disease caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(MHP)with the respiratory viruses such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)and swine influenza virus(SIV),etc.To investigate the pathogen species of PRDC in Shanxi province,521 porcine lung tissue samples were collected from 20 large-scale slaughterhouses in 11 cities of Shanxi province from June to July 2019,and the specific genes of MHP,PRRSV,PCV2,PCV3 and SIV from these samples were detected by PCR approach.The result showed that the positive rates of MHP,PRRSV,PCV2,PCV3 and SIV was 76.9%,12.3%,61.6%,85.2%and 0,respectively.The mixed infection positive rates of MHP and virus was 74.7%in 521 samples,mainly MHP+PCV3 or MHP+PCV2+PCV3.MHP,PCV2 and PCV3 were the main pathogens that caused the porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC)in Shanxi province.Therefore,while strengthening the feeding management,promoting the inoculation of MHP and PCV2 vaccines is the key to preventing PRDC.
