摘　　要：采用化学成分分析,金相检测和硬度检测等方法对高速钢工作辊失效进行分析,结果表明:化学成分不满足标准要求导致辊身硬度偏低,使材料容易产生裂纹,无法满足正常服役要求。The reasons for failure of a work roll were analyzed through chemical composition analysis,metallographic test and hardness test.Results show that the surface hardness of the roller was lower than standard value because of some element’s contents beyond standard range,the cracks initiated easy from surface of the roller,resulting in the roller failure at last.
