摘　　要：退休职工社会化管理,对于确保退休人员晚年生活幸福,更好地维护社会稳定,促进企业健康发展,都具有十分重要的意义。在推进社会化管理工作进程中,确保马钢改革发展和社会稳定大局,退休职工思想稳定,是摆在离退休中心每位工作人员面前的一项重要研究与思考的课题。The socialized management of retired workers is of great significance in ensuring retired people’s happiness in their later years,maintaining social stability and promoting the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,in the process of promoting the socialized management,it is an important research and thinking task for every staff member of the retirement center to ensure the reform and development of masteel and the overall situation of social stability and the stability of the ideology of the retired staff.
