摘  要:该文以实际含油废水作为研究对象,探索了微生物燃料电池(MFCs)对含油废水的降解特征。实验结果表明,MFCs对含油废水具有较好的处理效果。以炼油废水和预处理废水作底物时,最大功率密度为(236.6±8.5)mW/m^(2)和(145.5±5)mW/m^(2),COD去除率为(73%±2.5%)和(77%±1.5%),总油去除率为(95%±2.5%)和(78.5%±1.5%),浊度去除率为(80%±3.5%)和(92%±1.5%)。三维荧光光谱图也进一步证明了经过MFCs降解后,石油类有机物的荧光强度减弱。由阳极微生物群落结构可知,MFCs降解含油废水并实现产电是由石油降解菌和产电菌协同作用完成的。In this study,the actual oily wastewater was taken as the research object,and the degradation characteristics of microbial fuel cells(MFCs)to the oily wastewater were explored.The results showed that MFCs have good treatment effects on oily wastewater.When refining wastewater and pretreatment wastewater were used as substrates,the maximum power densities were(236.6±8.5)mW/m^(2)and(145.5±5)m W/m^(2),COD removal efficiencies were(73%±2.5%)and(77%±1.5%),total oil removal efficiencies were(95%±2.5%)and(78.5%±1.5%),turbidity removal efficiencies were(80%±3.5%)and(92%±1.5%),respectively.Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra had further demonstrated that the fluorescence intensity of petroleum organic compounds decreased after treatment by MFCs.The microbial community structure of anodes showed that the degradation of oily wastewater in MFCs was synergized by exoelectrogens and petroleum degrading bacteria.
