摘  要:本文提出了ICP-AES法测定萤石中微量硫、磷的方法,采用硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸溶解试样,稀盐酸溶解盐类。通过试验,确定了样品的溶解方法,探讨了钙基体效应,共存元素对测量结果的干扰,结果表明,基体氟化钙和共存元素Na、Fe对测定无影响,在选定条件下,硫的RSD在4.18%~4.96%之间,磷的RSD在6.34%~11.13%之间,硫的加标回收率在99.6%~102.2%之间,磷的加标回收率在100.0%~103.3%之间,方法操作简单,快速,满足生产的需要。A method for the determination of trace sulfur and phosphorus in fluorite by ICP-AES is proposed.The samples are dissolved by nitrie acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid,and the salts are dissolved by dilute hydrochloric acid.By experimenting,determine the dissolution method for the samples,to investigate the calcium matrix effect,interference from coexistence elements to test elements,the results showed that calcium fluoride,sodium and iron had no effect on the determination of the measured elements.Under the selected conditions,the RSD of sulfur is between 4.18%and 4.96%,the RSD of phosphorus is between 6.34%and 11.13%,the recovery of sulfur is between 99.6%and 102.2%,and the recovery of phosphorus is between 100%~103.3%.The method is simple and rapid,and can meet the needs of production.
