摘 要:[目的]探究饮水型酸化剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋鸡输卵管健康的影响。[方法]试验将1500只18周龄的蛋鸡随机分为3组,对照组饮用自来水,试验组A每天自由饮用酸化剂预调水8 h,试验组B隔天自由饮用酸化剂预调水8 h。23周龄、32周龄和43周龄统计各组蛋鸡耗料量、平均产蛋率和平均蛋重,检测蛋品质,组织切片观察各组输卵管形态,并用ELISA试剂盒检测输卵管组织中炎症因子水平。[结果]与对照组相比,32周龄和43周龄试验组A和试验组B平均蛋重显著升高(P<0.05),产蛋率上升,料蛋比下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。32周龄时,试验组B蛋壳相对重和试验组A蛋壳厚度显著升高(P<0.05)。23周龄时,试验组A与试验组B输卵管TNF-α和IL-2水平均显著下降(P<0.05)。43周龄时,对照组中观察到输卵管组织出现局部炎症浸润,其他各时期各组输卵管组织均无明显病变。[结论]在饮水中添加饮水型酸化剂能够提高蛋重、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度,且有利于蛋鸡输卵管健康的维持。[Objective]The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of drinking water-based acidifying agent on production performance,egg quality and the health of the oviducts in laying hens.[Method]150018-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into three groups,the hens in control group drank tap water,the hens in test group A drank acidifying agent for 8 hours every day and those in group B drank acidifying agent for 8 hours every other day.[Result]The feed consumption,average egg production rate and average egg weight of laying hens at 23-week-old,32-week-old,43-week-old in each group were analyzed,and the egg quality was detected,the morphology of oviduct in each group was observed by tissue sections,and the levels of inflammatory factors in oviductal tissues were detected in the by ELISA kit.[Result]Compared with the control group,the average egg weight of 32-week-old,43-week-old hens in test group A and B significantly increased(P<0.05),the egg production rate increased,material-egg ratio decreased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The relative eggshell weight in test group B and the eggshell thickness in test group A at 32 week-age significantly increased(P<0.05).At 23-week-age,the levels of TNF-αand IL-2 in oviduct at 23-week-age in test group A and B significantly decreased(P<0.05).At 43-week-age,local inflammatory infiltrates were observed in control group,no significant lesion was observed in the oviductal tissues of each group at all stages.[Conclusion]The addition of drinking water-based acidifiers in drinking water could improve the egg weight,eggshell thickness and eggshell strength,it was favorable for maintaining the health of oviducts in laying hens.
