摘  要:为正确评估不同标准中的齿轮强度计算结果,分析和比较了我国航空工业标准(HB)与国际标准化组织标准(ISO)计算锥齿轮齿面接触疲劳承载能力的差异。通过计算方法比较和实例计算对比两种途径,找出了两种标准计算公式的差异、修正系数种类、取值上的差异及其对计算结果的影响。研究结果表明,ISO标准比HB标准考虑的影响因素更多、范围更广,特别是在动载系数计算上存在较大差异,使得ISO标准计算接触应力基本值更小、计算接触应力相当、许用接触应力更大。In order to correctly evaluate the gear strength calculation results in different standards,the difference between Chinese aviation industry standard(HB)and international standardization organization stan⁃dard(ISO)in calculating the load capacity of bevel gear tooth surface contact fatigue is analyzed and compared.Through the two ways of comparison of calculation methods and examples,the differences of the two standard calculation formulas,the types of correction coefficients,the differences in values and their effects on the calcu⁃lation results are found out.The results show that the ISO standard considers more influence factors than the HB standard,and the range is wider.Especially,there is a great difference in the calculation of dynamic load coeffi⁃cient,which makes the basic value of contact stress calculated by ISO standard smaller,the calculated contact stress equivalent,and the allowable contact stress larger.
