摘  要:为了探究Ca^(2+)对生物质/塑料混合物热解的影响,采用热重分析法研究了Ca^(2+)浸渍酸洗玉米秸秆(ACS)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)混合物(AHM)的热解特性。结果表明,Ca^(2+)的添加,使得AHM的初始分解温度以及第一失重峰对应温度均有所降低;此外,由于Ca^(2+)的添加,AHM的第二失重峰对应温度基本不变,最大失重速率有所增加。在430~510℃高温阶段,AHM中ACS和HDPE间存在明显的协同效应(ΔW:-2.2~9.5),且Ca^(2+)的添加促进了该协同作用。动力学分析表明,HDPE,ACS以及xCa-ACS可用单个一级反应描述(R^(2)>0.97);xCa-AHM可用3个连续的一级反应来描述(R^(2)>0.95)。此外,Ca^(2+)的存在使得AHM第一阶段和第二阶段的活化能降低,第三阶段的活化能增大。The effect of Ca^(2+)on the pyrolysis behaviors of acid-washed corn straw(ACS)/high-density polyethylene(HDPE)mixtures(AHM)was studied with thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that both the initial decomposition temperature and corresponding temperature of the first peak in AHM shifted to lower temperature because of the addition of Ca^(2+).In addition,the addition of Ca^(2+)did not change the corresponding temperature of the AHM second peak,but increased the maximum weight loss rate of the AHM second peak.There was obvious synergistic effect(ΔW:2.2~9.5)between ACS and HDPE in AHM at high temperature stage(430-510℃).And the synergistic effect was promoted at high temperature stage due to the addition of Ca^(2+).Kinetic analysis illustrated that HDPE,ACS and xCa^(2+)-ACS could be described by a single first-order reaction(R^(2)>0.97),and xCa^(2+)-AHM could be described by three consecutives first-order reaction(R^(2)>0.95).In addition,the E value of the first and second stages in AHM were decreased,but the E value of the third stage was increased due to the presence of Ca^(2+).
